12-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

Every BHOOCHOO product is handcrafted using premium materials and undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. We proudly offer a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

What is Covered

• Stitching defects
• Hardware defects (zippers, buckles, clasps, rivets)
• Handle or strap failures caused by manufacturing defects
• Structural defects resulting from workmanship

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, creases, or marks developed through regular use
• Natural ageing or colour variation of leather
• Damage caused by water, moisture, chemicals, or heat
• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage
• Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

Warranty Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team within the warranty period with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Our quality team will inspect the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, BHOOCHOO will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product free of charge,
• Replace the defective component,
• Replace the product (if repair is not feasible), or
• Offer store credit where appropriate.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service centre. If the warranty claim is approved, BHOOCHOO will bear the return shipping cost.
