By agreeing to the terms on this site (bhoochu.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set forth below with BHOOCHOO (BHOOCHOO). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. If you do not agree, exit the site and do not use it further.
THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the company (“BHOOCHOO”) and you (“Customer” or “You”).
WHEREAS, BHOOCHOO is a marketplace for purchasing gifts for individuals and businesses, offering a variety of products that can be sent to recipients.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into an agreement to provide these gifts;
THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
- Definitions
“Customer” refers to the person or business placing an order with BHOOCHOO.
“Products” refers to the products ordered by the Customer to be delivered to the Recipient.
“Recipient” refers to the person who receives the Product, either directly or through re-gifting.
- Orders
You must be at least 13 years old to access and use the Website. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use and access the Website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. When placing an order, you must provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information.
- Payment
Payment is due at the time of placing an order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payments are processed by BHOOCHOO’s third-party processor. Review the payment processor’s terms and policies. BHOOCHOO is not responsible for any actions by the payment processor.
- Restrictions on Orders
A. You represent that you are at least 13 years old.
B. As of now, BHOOCHOO does not ship outside the country.
C. Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of order.
D. BHOOCHOO does not offer refunds for “orders no longer wanted” or gifts not wanted by Recipients, except in cases where products are damaged in transit.
- Restrictions
Customer is responsible for its own conduct with respect to this Website. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the Website or use it for harassment or sending unwanted gifts.
- Copyright & Trademark Notice
BHOOCHOO grants limited permission for use of its logos and trademarks for gifting purposes. You may not modify these trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BHOOCHOO.
- No Warranties, Express or Implied
All information on the Website is provided “AS IS.” BHOOCHOO does not endorse any specific product and makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the products or the Website.
- Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify BHOOCHOO for any liabilities, legal fees, or damages resulting from violation of these terms.
- Limitation of Liability
BHOOCHOO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of the Website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product causing the issue.
- Suspension or Termination
BHOOCHOO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website for any reason, at its discretion.
- Forum and Venue
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the country in which BHOOCHOO operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Acknowledgment and Changes
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and BHOOCHOO. BHOOCHOO reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. By continuing to access the Website after changes are posted, you agree to the amended terms.
This Agreement is effective as of the date you click “I Agree.”
Returns & Refunds Policy
At BHOOCHOO, we have a 1-day Return Policy which allows you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery to return purchased items.
- All returned items will be checked for quality before a refund or replacement is processed.
- Items must be undamaged and returned with original tags intact.
- Returns for damages due to negligence or improper use are not covered.
- A Return Form with a valid Return ID must accompany the returned item(s).
- Special rules may apply to promotional offers.
- In remote areas where reverse pick-up is unavailable, customers can self-ship the return with a generated Return ID.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds via UPI or NEFT through a link sent by our partner Razorpay.
- Prepaid Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original account within 5-7 working days after quality check.
Return FAQ:
- Can I return part of my order?
Yes, each item has a unique Return ID. Include the return form for each item with the shipment.
- Why was my return request declined?
If a product does not meet our Return Policy criteria, the request will be declined.
